2. Mobile Service Delivery
We travel directly to your location to perform our valeting services. Our operators bring the necessary supplies and equipment to clean your vehicle efficiently and to the highest standard.
- We require sufficient space around your vehicle to operate safely and effectively.
- If your location has specific access restrictions or requires permits, you must notify us prior to our arrival.
- We reserve the right to decline service if the designated working area is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for our team.
3. Bookings, Cancellations, and Refunds
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a scheduling notification. We understand that plans change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible with our clients.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointed time.
- Late cancellations may incur a nominal fee to compensate for reserved operator time.
- In the event of severe weather that prevents us from safely performing the service at your location, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.
4. Liability and Belongings
While we take the utmost care in cleaning your vehicle, Sparklewash Mobile is not liable for pre-existing damage, loose interior trim, or structural defects that may be exposed during the cleaning process. Please ensure all personal belongings, valuables, and sensitive items are removed from the vehicle prior to our arrival.
